Find my licence key

Enter the email address you used when buying. If it has a licence, we send the key again. For your protection the page says the same thing whether or not the address is known.

Moving to a new computer

A licence covers three of your own computers at a time. On the old machine choose Help > Licence > Deactivate this computer, then enter the key on the new one. If the old machine is gone, write to us with the key and we free the seat.

Changed your email address?

Write from the new address, quoting the key or the old address, and we move the licence over.
