How the free trial works

The trial is the complete app for seven days: every format, OCR, batch conversion, export, the lot. No card and no account; just an email address.

Starting it

1. Download and open Anymark.
2. Enter your email address. We send a six-digit code (check the spam folder if it does not arrive within a minute).
3. Enter the code. The trial starts on that computer and runs for seven days.

One trial per person

A trial is tied to the email address and to the computer it was started on. That means:

• the same address cannot start a second trial, on any computer;
• the same computer cannot start a second trial, with any address;
• throw-away email services are not accepted, and variations of one mailbox (dots and plus-tags in Gmail addresses, for instance) count as the same address.

When the seven days are over, the app keeps opening plain Markdown and text files for reading, but converting other formats, saving, printing and exporting wait until a licence key is entered. Your Markdown files are plain files on your disk, so nothing is ever locked away.

After the trial

A lifetime licence costs $9.99, once. The key arrives by email within a minute and works on up to three of your own computers.

If you hit a wall during the trial, for example a document that converts badly, tell us. Those reports are how the converter gets better.
