Terms of sale

Last updated 14 October 2026. The seller is Galilee Holding LLC, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, USA (“we”).

1. What you buy. A lifetime licence to use Anymark under the licence agreement: one person, up to three computers at a time, all current and future versions.
2. Price. $9.99 in US dollars, including any applicable tax shown at checkout. Prices may change; a change never affects a licence already bought.
3. Delivery. The licence key is emailed to the address given at checkout, normally within a minute of payment. If it does not arrive, use Find my licence key or contact us.
4. Refunds. Within 7 days of purchase, for any reason; see the refund policy. A refunded key stops working.
5. Trial. The free trial is seven days per person; see how the trial works.
6. Support. By email, in English, with no guaranteed response time, though we aim for one working day.
7. No warranty beyond the law. Anymark converts documents by analysing their layout; results can be imperfect, especially for scans and complex forms. Check converted documents before relying on them. Anymark is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the price paid.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
