Licence agreement
Last updated 14 October 2026.
This agreement is between you and Galilee Holding LLC, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, USA, the maker of Anymark (“we”). By installing or using Anymark you accept it.
1. Licence
A licence key grants one named person a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Anymark on up to three computers they own or control at a time, for any purpose, personal or commercial. The trial grants the same right for seven days on one computer, once per person.
2. What you may not do
- Share, sell, lend or publish a licence key or the activation files the app stores.
- Use one licence for more than one person, or on more than three computers at once.
- Remove, disable or work around the trial limit or the licence check.
- Reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it regardless of this agreement.
- Redistribute Anymark, in whole or part, modified or not.
3. Activation and checks
Activating binds the key to the computer. The app confirms the licence with anymark.app about once a month when online; if it cannot reach the server it keeps working for a grace period of 60 days and then asks for a connection. Keys that are refunded, shared publicly or used on more than the allowed number of computers may be deactivated. We will contact you before deactivating a key for over-use.
4. Updates
All updates and future major versions are included. An update may add, change or remove features.
5. Your documents
Your documents and the Markdown Anymark produces are yours. We claim no rights to them and never receive them.
6. Warranty and liability
Anymark is provided as is. Converted documents can be imperfect; you are responsible for checking them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
7. Governing law
Michigan law, USA, governs this agreement.
8. Termination
The licence ends if you break this agreement. You may end it at any time by deleting the app. Sections 5 and 6 survive.
9. Third-party components
Anymark includes open-source components (Electron, Chromium, Tesseract OCR, pdf.js and others), each under its own licence; the list is in Help > About > Acknowledgements.
