Questions
What exactly does "lifetime" mean?
You pay once and the licence never expires. Every version we release, including major versions, is included. If the day comes when Anymark is no longer developed, the last version keeps working, and licences are checked in a way that never needs our server to exist (see the licence agreement).
How many computers can I use it on?
Three at a time, all yours. Moving to a new machine? Deactivate the old one from inside the app (Help > Licence) or write to us, and the seat is freed.
Is the trial really the full app?
Yes. Seven days, every feature. One trial per person: it is tied to your email address and to the computer it was started on, so a second trial on the same machine or with the same address is not possible.
Can my team buy it?
Each person needs their own licence. For five or more, write to us for a volume price and one invoice.
Refunds?
Seven days from the purchase, for any reason. See refunds.
Does anything leave my computer?
Your documents never do. The app contacts anymark.app only to start the trial, to activate the licence and, about once a month, to confirm the licence is still valid. Those calls carry your email, a device identifier and the app version, nothing from your files. Details in the privacy policy.
